1. WHAT KIND OF JEWELRY CAN YOU GET IN A SECRET CANDLE?

When placing your order, you can choose the type of jewelry you prefer between a pair of earrings, a ring, a bracelet or a necklace with a pendant.

2. WHERE EXACTLY IS MY JEWELRY?

It’s in the candle, but even though you may be impatient, it’s best to wait until you can actually see the foil where the jewelry is properly placed. Don’t try to dig it out of the candle because you may ruin both the candle and the gorgeous piece of jewelry. Always take the jewelry out after you have blown out the candle. 

3. WHAT KIND OF SCENTS DO YOU OFFER?

At the moment, you can choose between Lavender, Jasmine, Vanilla and Cherry.

4. CAN I RETURN THE CANDLE?

The only circumstance in which we accept returns is if the jewelry or the candle has any defects. In this case, the candle can be replaced. Please contact us before attempting a return.

IMPORTANT! You are responsible for any courier return charges.

5. ARE SECRET BIJOUX CANDLES SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

YES! Our jewelry candles are handmade with love while using clean, high-quality soy wax. They can burn for hours in a row without any harm to the environment whatsoever.
