1. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation following order placement. All orders are processed following order placement; and are shipped out in the order they are received and based on order volume, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Make sure to provide precise city, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
3. SHIPPING FEE
Currently, all orders are shipped within Romania at a flat rate of 25 lei (~ 5 EUR). Please contact us for international shipping fees.
4. SHIPPING TIME
All packages are expected to arrive at their destination within 6-10 days from the day they are shipped. Because of the COVID19 situation, delays may occur.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to international addresses. International Customers are responsible for shipping charges as well as duty and custom taxes.
